When talking with a client in regards to their audio visual needs for their event we want to make sure we are providing the best service to suit their needs. For our clients who we have provided our HD LED 80 inch TVs for they have been used for viewing of speakers during a conference, rehearsal dinner slideshows and corporate dinners. Often times in rooms that have limited views where the floorplan does not allow for some of the audience to see the screens upfront we will often put the 80 inch TVs as supplementle visuals on the side of the room. The TVs along the side of the room are then tilted at an angle for easy viewing. When helping a client choose between the traditional screen and projector or the 80 inch TVs we also consider the look of the room the event is taking place in. For example at Cafe 43 at the Bush Center for a clients rehearsal dinner we suggested the 80 inch TVs to match the clean and chic feel of the room.
