When producing a fundraiser often non-profits want to think of a way to stand out and make their event unique. An effective way to create a feel for the theme of the event is through lighting. BEYOND can match the colors of your theme and light the ballrooms or event space to help create the mood and atmosphere you wish to achieve. One way to achieve this is creating custom pattern projections such as projecting a wooden pattern on the alls for a western themed event.
With each fundraising event having hundreds of attendees you want to make sure they are all able to hear and see. One way to insure those attending are able to see and hear everything is by adding screens as well as image magnification of the speakers or presenters. By adding screens to your event you can highlight the sponsors logos by playing a video of them on the screen on a continual loop throughout the event. With lighting and video the organization can save money by reducing their use of signage by also projecting their logos on walls or sides of buildings through gobo lights. this way they are able to reuse the gobos year after year.
Just a few of the fundraisers BEYOND has participated in this year are the Chick Lit Luncheon benefitting Community Partners of Dallas, Children First an evening with Unicef, North Texas Food Banks Harvest, and one of the upcoming fundraisers is for American Cancer Society’s Cattle Baron’s Ball which is the world’s largest single-night fundraiser for American Cancer Society.
