The 2017 Pantone color of the year was greenery and BEYOND loved seeing how our clients incorporated the color into their events. When it came to our wedding clients many of them used greenery such as garlands, trees and leaves for their wedding decor and used BEYOND’s lighting design to highlight their decor with washes and pinspots. We saw our cafe stringer lights hung along with garland and saw our chandeliers amongst the greenery. We also saw our lighting used to spotlight chandeliers composed of greenery above dance floors and to make sure the Chuppah covered in greenery was seen for evening outdoor ceremonies. Below are several examples of how the 2017 Pantone color of the year was used throughout weddings.

One of our favorite uses we saw of the 2017 Pantone color of the year was at the 2017 Nasher Prize Gala. The artist being honored incorporates natural elements into their work so for the gala there was greenery hung throughout the tent and BEYOND washed the tent with a green light. The pathway to the tent was then lit with our tree pattern projections to guide guests into the tent.
