Giving Back to Those Who Give

BEYOND is thrilled to have the opportunity to work with and support organizations like the Community Partners of Dallas, The Family Place, New Friends, New Life, the American Cancer Society through Cattle Baron’s Ball and many more.

We are also privileged to work with private schools including The Hockaday School, St. Mark’s School of Dallas and Parish Episcopal. We also contribute to programs like Dallas Afterschool and assist with fundraising events held by the Dallas Museum of Art and Perot Museum of Nature and Science. These organization, schools and museums contribute so much to the enrichment and benefit of the community.

The volunteer chairs of these groups are the unsung heroes who work tirelessly to create fantastic events, big and small, with the sole purpose of raising money and increasing awareness allowing them to continue giving back to the Dallas/Fort Worth community.

BEYOND wanted to recognize these individuals not only in appreciation for their business but in recognition of their hard work and dedication to causes they hold dear to their hearts. So on May 21, 2015, BEYOND hosted the first Giving Back luncheon at Bistro 31 in Highland Park Village. Over thirty-five volunteer chairs attended this celebratory luncheon.

BEYOND’s owner Ryan Kelley, Director of Sales and Marketing Jennifer Burns, Sales Manager Ashton Hartner and manager of the BEYOND video department Melissa Weyer spent the luncheon recognizing the deserving attendees. Amazing vendor partners including AFR Rentals, Three Branches Floral, the M Collection, Bella Acento and very special sponsor FD Magazine supported the luncheon. Their contributions helped make this a truly memorable event and we would like to thank them for their support.

The response to the luncheon was incredible and many thanks were sent after the luncheon including one from Carol Seay, most recent chair of the Family Place Trailblazers Luncheon honoring Harold C. Simmons, “Great idea and fab luncheon. Thank you for including me. I could tell everyone had a great time and was so appreciative of the gesture.”

It is our hope that this will become an annual tradition and that we will have the honor of continuing to work with so many organizations that make a visible difference in our community. Thank you for all you do!
