At BEYOND we always love when clients come to us and want to utilize our different lighting types for their wedding day. This past November we were at Arlington Hall for a gorgeous fall wedding.The clients wanted different color variations for uplighting in the ballroom. We used controlled uplighting in the ballroom that started as blush and then transitioned into blues, purples and pinks through out the night. With any wedding reception design you want to showcase your floral and make sure it pops against the uplighting. We used cross-spots on the tall floral arrangements. Inside the ballroom we also used a static white wash on the dance floor to bring attention to the couple’s custom dance floor decal. For the first dance we had our moving heads over the dance floor to spotlight the couple during their first dance. Out front of Arlington Hall the clients had a clear tent by Sandone Productions for additional seating and bar area. Our XL Maria Chandelier was suspended over the bar with our warm twinkle lights going from the edge of the tent to the middle to draw your eye to the chandelier.
